About the role#
Albarrie Canada Limited is seeking an IT Student for a full-time co-op term starting in September 2026. This role supports our software, systems, and business applications. Please note that this position does not involve hardware, networking, or cybersecurity tasks. We offer 4, 6, or 8-month placements based on your academic requirements.
What you'll do#
- Support the internal implementation of new systems like CRM and ERP.
- Create documentation and standard operating procedures for new systems or programming changes.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets from users regarding our software and operating programs.
- Work across different departments to troubleshoot and gather information on process changes.
- Collaborate with the ERP Systems Analyst to investigate and resolve implementation issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary computer science or related program with a co-op requirement.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate.
- A focus on software, systems, and business application support.
