About the role#
We are looking for an IT HelpDesk Intern to join our team in Fond du Lac. You will work under the direction of Support Specialists to provide technical assistance and gain hands-on experience in a construction environment. This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Provide end-user support through phone, email, and walk-in requests.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to reach a successful conclusion.
- Learn to image, configure, and deploy end-user laptops.
- Apply classroom learning to real-world projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a related Associate's, Technical, or Bachelor's degree program, such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Cybersecurity.
- Ability to work part-time hours on-site during the school year and full-time hours during the summer.
- Prior experience working with laptops and computers.
- Knowledge of the latest Microsoft Windows and Office suite versions.
- Strong customer service skills.
