About the role#
This internship is part of the College to Corporate program. It offers a hands-on experience in the financial services industry. You will work on security strategy, risk mitigation, and digital ethics. The role focuses on protecting investors and supporting client outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Drive security strategies to protect Vanguard and its investors.
- Support client outcomes to help ensure investment success.
- Gain practical experience in risk mitigation and digital ethics using Agile and LEAN methodologies.
- Share your insights and work in collaborative environments.
- Build a professional network with program managers, senior leaders, and peers.
- Receive personalized coaching and mentorship from department and program managers.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, Security, Risk, Cybersecurity, or a related technical subject.
- A strong interest in security, threat analysis, fraud mitigation, and reporting.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or clear leadership aspirations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
