About the role#
As a Customer Experience Specialist Intern, you will work on projects that support the financial management capabilities of our customers. You will also assist with initiatives for the young, beginning, and small producer program. You will collaborate with teammates to deliver projects and build relationships with customers and the communities we serve.
What you'll do#
- Contribute ideas that support the success and sustainability of our customers and their operations.
- Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of customer education events.
- Develop new and enhance existing customer education programs in alignment with our roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create materials for external audiences.
- Coordinate logistics for assigned customer education events.
- Observe program facilitation to support evaluation and feedback strategies.
- Assist with projects related to the young, beginning, and small producer program.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability for a 12-week internship during the summer.

- Location: Columbus, Nebraska.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for those who qualify.
- Travel: You must be available to travel to Omaha, Nebraska, three times during the internship for orientation, mid-summer, and closing events. Travel expenses are covered.
