About the role#
As a Desktop Engineer intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the technology tools and systems that keep our organization running. You will work alongside experienced teammates to manage hardware and software configurations while learning how devices connect securely to the corporate network. This position offers exposure to IT security, system administration, and enterprise technology best practices.
What you'll do#
- Configure, deploy, and support computers, software, and mobile devices.
- Maintain device management tools and assist with software installations and updates.
- Support IT security initiatives, including device compliance and vulnerability remediation.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to provide technical support to employees.
- Assist with automation, scripting, and technology improvement projects.
- Collaborate with IT team members to enhance technology services and the end-user experience.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or a related field.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability for a 12-week internship during the summer of 2027.

- Modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship. Relocation assistance is available, and a $500 sign-on bonus is included.
