About the role#
This summer internship provides an opportunity to gain experience within a business unit at Aflac. You will work on specific projects, support team operations, and observe experienced personnel to learn company methods and standards. The program includes roundtable feedback discussions and training to help you develop professional skills in management, project coordination, and analysis.
What you'll do#
- Assist with ad hoc projects related to industry and business unit processes.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to prepare reports for management.
- Help your team identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in training to learn about division functions and company policies.
- Build your skills in leadership, presentations, and project management.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and general PC applications.
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills.
- Dependability and the flexibility to take on new assignments.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Work Modality: This position is available as remote or hybrid depending on your proximity to specific company offices.
- Compensation: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Status: This is a full-time, paid internship.
