About the role#
Acxiom is looking for a Financial Analyst Intern to join the FP&A team. This role provides hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. This position is designed to build a foundation for a career in corporate finance.
What you'll do#
- Support the FP&A team with financial reporting, analysis, and variance explanations.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including data gathering and model updates.
- Build and maintain Excel-based models, reports, and dashboards.
- Help prepare materials for monthly and quarterly management reviews.
- Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and key business drivers.
- Collaborate with Accounting and cross-functional teams to understand financial results.
- Perform economic research on rates of return, working capital requirements, and investment performance.
- Take initiative on ad hoc analyses, special projects, and process improvement opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance and a demonstrated interest in corporate finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in the United States for the duration of the internship without visa sponsorship.

- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027, beginning January 11, 2027.
- Schedule: 20-25 hours per week during the semester, with up to 40 hours per week during breaks and summer.
- Anticipated graduation date: Between May 2027 and December 2027.
