About the role#
Acutronic Group is hiring a Supply Chain Management Intern for our Austin, Texas location. This role provides hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and data analysis within the defense and space manufacturing industry.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate supply chain activities across engineering, program management, and operations teams.
- Track shipments with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Review and expedite purchase orders.
- Research strategic suppliers to support reliable and cost-effective procurement.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock replenishment.
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
