About the role#
This position is for a graduate-level student analyst working toward BCBA certification. You will join our center-based team to provide early intervention therapy for children between the ages of 18 months and 13 years old. This role is full-time and requires on-site work in Charlotte, North Carolina.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct therapy in a center-based setting.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on client progress.
- Develop your clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to working on BDS modules outside of direct care.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program related to the field.
- Completion of at least 85 percent of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
- A background in Psychology.
