About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Student Analyst for a graduate-level position. This role is for individuals currently pursuing a master's degree who need to complete their fieldwork hours. You will work on-site in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct therapy to children in our centers.
- Implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collect data to track progress.
- Work closely with BCBAs and your team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to complete BDS modules.
- Prepare to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
