About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Student Analyst to join our Rising Stars program. This is a full-time, on-site position in Austin, Texas, designed for individuals currently pursuing their path to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We provide a structured environment to complete your supervision hours while working directly with children.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
