About the role#
We are hiring a Student Analyst to join our center-based team. This role is designed for individuals currently accruing supervision hours who want to transition into a BCBA position. You will work directly with children while completing the requirements needed to sit for your board exam.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 13 years.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program in Psychology.
- Completion of 1700 out of 2000 fieldwork hours (85%).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
- Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician is preferred.
