About the role#
We are looking for a Student Analyst to join our team in Charlotte. This is a full-time, on-site position for individuals currently enrolled in an accredited masters program who are working toward their BCBA certification. You will work directly with children aged 18 months to 13 years in a center-based setting.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy for children.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with our clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program.
- At least 1700 of the 2000 required fieldwork hours completed (85%).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
