About the role#
This is a paid, full-time practicum position for Master's level students in Psychology. You will work on-site in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy. The program is designed to help you complete your final supervision hours and transition into a BCBA role.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy for children ages 18 months to 13 years old.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on patient progress.
- Develop clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with your BCBA and the broader clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Prepare to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited Master's program in Psychology.
- Completion of at least 1700 of the 2000 required fieldwork hours (85%).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
