About the role#
This is a full-time practicum position for Master's level students in Psychology. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children between the ages of 18 months and 13 years old. This role is designed for individuals who are currently accruing supervision hours and are looking to transition into a BCBA role.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Shape the development of children in early childhood.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Develop clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited Master's program in Psychology.
- Completion of at least 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
