About the role#
This is a paid, full-time practicum position for Master's level students in Psychology. You will join our Rising Stars program to complete your supervision hours while working in a center-based setting. This role is on-site in Newtown, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 13 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Develop your clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with our team of BCBAs and staff.
- Allocate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited Master's program.
- Completion of at least 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed before starting.
