About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Analyst in Training for our center-based practicum program in Round Rock, Texas. This position supports our team by providing early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years old. This role is designed for individuals currently accruing supervision hours who are working toward their BCBA certification.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collect data to track progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
