About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Behavior Analysis Practicum position in Houston. This is a paid, full-time role for students enrolled in an accredited master's program who are close to completing their fieldwork requirements. The program supports your path toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Work with children between the ages of 18 months and 8 years.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs on your team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week away from direct care to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- Completion of all restricted hours.
