About the role#
This position is for a Behavior Analysis Practicum student at the master's level. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy. The role is designed to help you gain clinical experience and complete your supervision hours under the guidance of a BCBA.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 13 years old.
- Implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collect data to track progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Develop your clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week away from direct care to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited master's program related to Psychology.
- Status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.

- This role is based in Midland, Texas.
- The work is on-site.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
