About the role#
This Behavior Analysis Practicum is a full-time, paid position for students currently enrolled in an accredited master's program. You will work on-site in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 13 years old. This role is designed to support your path toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Implement individualized treatment plans for each child and collect data on progress.
- Develop your clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program in Psychology or a related field.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
