About the role#
This Behavior Analysis Practicum is a full-time position for students pursuing a career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 13 years old. This role is designed to help you complete your supervision hours while developing your clinical skills under the guidance of a BCBA.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Support the development of children aged 18 months to 13 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader clinical team.
- Allocate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program related to psychology or behavior analysis.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours, totaling at least 1700 of 2000 hours.
- Completion of all restricted hours.
