About the role#
This Behavior Analysis Practicum is a full-time position for students working toward their BCBA certification. You will gain clinical experience in a center-based setting while receiving supervision. The role requires a commitment to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy for children between 18 months and 13 years old.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on patient progress.
- Develop clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to completing BDS modules, scheduled off your direct care time.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program focused on Psychology or a related field.
- Completion of at least 1700 of the required 2000 fieldwork hours (85 percent).
- All restricted hours must be completed before starting.
