About the role#
We are hiring a Behavior Analyst in Training for our Rising Stars program. This is a full-time, paid position for students pursuing a career as a BCBA. You will gain hands-on experience in a center-based setting while completing your required supervision hours.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate directly with BCBAs on our team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current certification as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
