About the role#
This practicum position supports children with autism in a center-based setting. You will work directly with children to provide early intervention therapy while building your clinical skills. The role focuses on practical application and professional growth under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 13 years old.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to support clinical goals.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to working on BDS modules outside of direct care.
- Prepare to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program related to Psychology.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.

- This position is located in Bethesda, North Carolina.
- Work is performed on-site.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
