About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Analyst in Training for our Rising Stars program. This full-time, on-site role in Houston is for graduate students working toward their BCBA certification. You will work in a center-based environment providing early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years old.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in our centers.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program.
- Completion of 1700 out of 2000 required fieldwork hours (85 percent).
- Completion of all restricted hours.
- Experience as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
Location & details#
- Location: Houston, Texas.
- Schedule: Full-time with 32 to 40 guaranteed hours per week.
- Term: Rolling applications.
