About the role#
This position is for a Master's level Student Analyst to join our team in Harlingen. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy to children between 18 months and 13 years old. This is a full-time role with a focus on clinical development under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Shape the minds of children in early childhood.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Allocate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program.
- Current status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Accrued at least 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
- Completion of all restricted hours.
