About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a student analyst for our Rising Stars program. This role is for individuals currently accruing supervision hours who want to transition into a BCBA position. We provide a structured environment to complete your fieldwork and prepare for your certification exam.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs on our team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited masters program related to behavior analysis.
- Status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
