About the role#
This position is for a Master's level Student Analyst to join our team in Midland. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children between the ages of 18 months and 13 years old. This role is designed to help you complete your supervision hours and prepare for the BACB exam.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Support the development of children aged 18 months to 13 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited Master's program.
- Completion of all restricted hours.
- Documentation showing you have accrued 85% (1700/2000 hours) of required fieldwork hours.
