About the role#
As a Learning & Development Intern, you will help build and strengthen learning experiences that enable employees to grow their skills and advance their careers. You will work closely with Learning & Development and HR leaders on projects related to onboarding, career development, learning analytics, and resource management. This role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, data analysis, and project management.
What you'll do#
- Define, design, and facilitate Learning Power Hour sessions.
- Create new hire learning roadmaps, including required training and role-specific resources.
- Organize and maintain learning materials within Insider to ensure accessibility.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize learning data, such as course completion rates and learner feedback.
- Support the creation and maintenance of presentations, guides, job aids, and videos.
- Assist with broader learning and career development initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear learning materials.
- Organizational skills to manage learning resources and project documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Analytical skills with an interest in evaluating learning effectiveness and employee development data.
