About the role#
As a People Operations Intern, you will gain exposure to core Human Resources disciplines while supporting initiatives that impact our employee experience. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals to learn about onboarding, payroll, benefits, and workforce analytics. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Support new hire preparation and coordinate orientation activities.
- Manage employee data entry, maintain records, and process lifecycle updates within HR systems.
- Partner with the payroll team to learn about processing, audits, and reporting.
- Assist the benefits team with administration, enrollment support, and reconciliations.
- Evaluate current HR processes to identify and recommend improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- An analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a focus on detail.
