About the role#
As a People Operations Intern, you will gain exposure to multiple Human Resources disciplines while supporting key initiatives. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals to learn about onboarding, payroll, benefits, and workforce analytics. This role focuses on gaining hands-on experience and contributing to projects that impact business outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Support new hire preparation and coordinate orientation activities.
- Manage employee data entry, record maintenance, and lifecycle updates within HR systems.
- Partner with the payroll team to learn about processes, audits, and reporting.
- Assist the benefits team with administration, enrollment support, and reconciliations.
- Evaluate existing HR processes to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- An analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.

- This position is based on-site in Miamisburg, Ohio.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
