About the role#
AbelCine is seeking interns for our Rental department in Burbank for the Fall 2026 term. This is an unpaid, part-time position intended for students to gain hands-on experience with professional film and video equipment. You must provide written verification from your school that you will receive college credit for this internship.
What you'll do#
- Learn the full rental process, from generating quotes to final check-in.
- Handle professional camera equipment and accessories.
- Work directly with ACs on the checkout floor.
- Gain the technical familiarity required to prep and rent gear for future film projects.
- Assist with daily operations within the Rental department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a two or four-year accredited college program.
- Ability to commit to at least 16 hours per week.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.

- This role is based on-site in Burbank, California.
- The internship is unpaid and provided for college credit only.
