About the role#
This internship program provides hands-on experience for students interested in the intersection of technology and healthcare. You will work within our Cancer Diagnostics division to support business needs while developing your professional skills. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Madison, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
Interns work in one of two tracks: Technical Support or UX/UI. Your daily tasks will depend on your specific assignment.
- Technical Support: You will manage incident and ticket resolution, provide end-user support, and assist with systems and application support. You will also handle enterprise systems troubleshooting and IT service management.
- UX/UI: You will conduct user experience research, create user interface designs, and handle product design and prototyping. You will also perform data science and business analytics, alongside business process and requirements analysis.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed at least one year of college coursework and be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
- You must be returning to school after the internship concludes.
- Technical Support candidates should be pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
- UX/UI candidates should be pursuing degrees in Product Design, Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Design, or UX/UI Design and Research.
- You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
