About the role#
This is a rolling internship opportunity based on-site at our London, Ontario brewery. You will join the team for a 15-week program designed to provide hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. This role is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Own and deliver a strategic project that impacts brewery operations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve process efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Brewmasters, Brewing Managers, and frontline teams to gain experience across brewhouse, cellar, and fermentation operations.
- Analyze brewing, fermentation, quality, and operational performance metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Support quality, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance programs.
What you'll need#
- Currently in your 2nd or 3rd year of an Undergraduate Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Nutrition, Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related STEM or Business field.
- Must be returning to school in September 2027.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Must be of legal drinking age (19+ in Ontario).
- Willingness to maintain geographical and functional mobility for future full-time opportunities.
