About the role#
As an Energy Efficiency Analyst Co-op, you will support the delivery of projects and programs by ensuring they align with operational guidelines. You will use a house-as-a-system approach to help households across British Columbia improve their home efficiency and comfort. This is a 4-month, full-time, paid co-op placement.
What you'll do#
- Support application administration, including intakes, transfers, cancellations, and project assignments.
- Prepare information requests for customers and assessors to resolve submission deficiencies.
- Manage customer relationships and maintain satisfaction while performing business development activities.
- Analyze program metrics such as project volumes, energy savings, and trends.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvements.
- Prepare and maintain reports to monitor project activity.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a post-secondary degree program related to Environment, Science, Business, or Engineering.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Proficiency with MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Ability to work effectively with management, colleagues, and external contacts.

- This position is fully remote.
- Candidates must be located in British Columbia, Canada.
