    About the role#

    We are looking for an Electrical Engineering College Co-op to join our Corporate Facilities and Energy team at our World Headquarters in Detroit. You will support our manufacturing operations through utility data analysis, electrical system documentation, and energy management initiatives. This is a year-round position where you will work alongside experienced professionals on real-world engineering projects.

    What you'll do#

    • Audit utility invoices for accuracy and enter data into Excel.
    • Review electrical drawings and assist in writing energy reports.
    • Prepare presentations using PowerPoint.
    • Support power monitoring setup using PowerLogic software, including device configuration, data logging, alarm management, and dashboard updates.
    • Troubleshoot wiring for power monitoring systems.

    What you'll need#

    • Current full-time enrollment in an Electrical Engineering program.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • A graduation date of May 2028 or later is preferred.
    • Ability to work at least 25 hours per week, year-round.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
