About the role#
Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is seeking a Sales Analytics Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, on-site position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, offers the chance to work with our Commercial Sales Analytics team. You will contribute to data-driven decision-making by analyzing performance metrics and supporting our sales initiatives. This internship includes structured coaching, mentoring, and networking opportunities with leadership.
What you'll do#
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data to support sales analysis.
- Develop new reports and dashboards to drive operational insights.
- Partner with team members to document and improve current processes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with Wholesale Distribution, MRO, and E-Commerce teams to align on KPIs and data needs.
- Apply strategic problem-solving to address business challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a 2-year or 4-year degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, data science, computer science, or engineering.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-motivated approach to working both independently and in team settings.
