About the role#
The Product Management Internship at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions supports the Zurn Wilkins Water Control and Safety business unit. This role provides a hands-on learning environment where you will develop technical, business, and leadership skills. You will participate in networking events with leadership and receive structured coaching and mentoring throughout the program.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Product Management Team throughout the Product Life Cycle Management process.
- Conduct market analysis to help shape product strategies in the commercial plumbing market.
- Use the 80/20 approach to identify top opportunities and drive simplification.
- Provide recommendations to leadership based on your data analysis.
- Deliver sales, margin, and reporting analysis.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for analysis processes.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior status working toward a four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
- A strong desire to learn and a professional drive.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage projects to meet schedules and budgets.
- Skills to analyze, organize, and solve problems efficiently.
