About the role#
Rockfon, a division of ROCKWOOL Group, is seeking an Associate Product Management Intern to join our Marketing and Business Development team in Chicago. This is a full-time, 12-month, on-site internship. You will support the product management team in managing our current portfolio while assisting with the development and launch of new features and products.
What you'll do#
- Support the product management team with current portfolio tasks and new product launches.
- Create marketing and technical materials, including presentations, brochures, training content, product samples, and website updates.
- Maintain accurate product information in the Product Information Management (PIM) system and ensure data is updated across all platforms.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, and Sales teams to support product development and go-to-market activities.
- Track project timelines to keep launch activities on schedule.
- Provide accurate product information and resources to support customer and sales inquiries.
- Build working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all work meets company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in product management, building products, architecture, design, or the construction industry.
- Familiarity with marketing fundamentals and visual design principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with tools such as Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, or InDesign is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn quickly.

- Compensation: Paid position with an hourly rate between $22 and $25, depending on academic program, year of study, and experience.
