About the role#
The Partner Success Intern supports the team that manages our drone delivery service for retail and restaurant partners. You will work across teams including Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure partners get value from our technology. This role involves direct interaction with local managers to address operational needs and identify growth opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Track partner performance metrics, including delivery volume, service reliability, and adoption rates.
- Build reports, dashboards, and presentations to highlight trends and areas for improvement.
- Collect partner feedback and work with internal teams to resolve operational or product issues.
- Assist with business reviews, partner meetings, and tracking follow-up action items.
- Identify ways to improve internal processes, documentation, and tools.
- Support special projects related to network expansion and new delivery use cases.
What you'll need#
- Completed the second year of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout Dallas, Texas.
- Personal transportation for independent travel to operational sites and partner locations.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Richardson, Texas, with a hybrid work schedule.
