About the role#
This is a 6-month full-time internship within the Technical Service 2nd Level Department. You will gain hands-on experience with internal service operations and contribute to projects that improve service quality and customer support. The role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and requires 5 days per week on-site.
What you'll do#
- Analyze service cases to suggest improvements to existing processes.
- Lead small projects within the 2nd Level Service team.
- Collect data, update records, and follow up on open service issues.
- Identify ways to streamline workflows and improve overall service quality.
- Prepare concise written summaries, reports, and presentations on service metrics.
- Present findings and lessons learned to management at the end of the term.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master program related to Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Strong creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Good learning agility with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Solid organization and time management skills, including basic technical project management.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to present to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
