About the role#
This position offers hands-on experience in data management, problem-solving, and nonprofit operations. As a Regional Development Analyst, you will support the development team by organizing donor information, analyzing engagement trends, and maintaining accurate records to help strengthen community-serving programs.
What you'll do#
- Enter and maintain donor data in CRM systems.
- Reconcile donations and ensure record accuracy.
- Prepare reports to track donor engagement.
- Contribute to process improvements for the donor experience.
- Handle administrative tasks including meeting notes and scheduling.
- Assist with event coordination and digital engagement activities.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, including Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to identify errors and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort learning new software and technology platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is considered an asset.

- Role: Regional Development Analyst
- Term: Summer 2026 (8-week program)
- Commitment: Full-time (35 hours per week)
- Location: Remote (Ontario, Canada)
- Eligibility: Applicants must be 15-30 years of age, hold a valid SIN, and be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have been granted refugee status.
