About the role#

This position offers hands-on experience in data management, problem-solving, and nonprofit operations. As a Regional Development Analyst, you will support the development team by organizing donor information, analyzing engagement trends, and maintaining accurate records to help strengthen community-serving programs.

What you'll do#

• Enter and maintain donor data in CRM systems.
• Reconcile donations and ensure record accuracy.
• Prepare reports to track donor engagement.
• Contribute to process improvements for the donor experience.
• Handle administrative tasks including meeting notes and scheduling.
• Assist with event coordination and digital engagement activities.

What you'll need#

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, including Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to identify errors and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort learning new software and technology platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is considered an asset.

• Role: Regional Development Analyst
• Term: Summer 2026 (8-week program)
• Commitment: Full-time (35 hours per week)
• Location: Remote (Ontario, Canada)
• Eligibility: Applicants must be 15-30 years of age, hold a valid SIN, and be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have been granted refugee status.
