About the role#
Yanfeng offers a summer internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, paid position running from May 24 to August 13, 2027. You will work on real-world projects while receiving career coaching and technical training.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects that provide career-specific experience.
- Work with an assigned buddy and mentor to support your professional development.
- Participate in networking and educational activities to engage with senior management.
- Gain exposure to the company culture and operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- High motivation, strong initiative, and a clear interest in automotive manufacturing.
- Prior work experience, internships, or extracurricular activities are preferred.
