About the role#
The Yanfeng College Internship Program offers hands-on, career-specific experience through full-time project work. You will work on real-world assignments from May 24 through August 13, 2027. Each intern is paired with a buddy and a mentor to support professional development. You will also participate in technical training, career coaching, and networking events designed to provide exposure to senior management.
What you'll do#
- Complete full-time project work related to operations finance.
- Participate in technical training and career coaching sessions.
- Engage in networking and educational activities with other interns.
- Gain direct exposure to senior level management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Analytical capabilities and strong initiative.
- Leadership ability and effective communication skills.
- A clear interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Prior internship or work experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
