About the role#
The Yanfeng College Internship Program offers full-time, hands-on experience during the summer. You will work on real world projects while developing your skills through technical training and career coaching. Throughout the program, you will have a dedicated buddy and mentor to support your professional growth. You will also participate in networking and educational activities that provide exposure to senior management.
What you'll do#
- Complete real world projects related to IT operations.
- Participate in technical training sessions and career coaching.
- Engage in networking events and educational programs.
- Collaborate with your assigned mentor and buddy for development support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a similar field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Strong analytical skills and leadership ability.
- Initiative and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- A strong interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Prior work experience, extracurricular activities, or previous internships are preferred.
