About the role#
The Yanfeng College Internship Program offers students full-time, hands-on experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. During this summer term, you will work on real-world projects, receive career coaching, and participate in technical training. You will be paired with a buddy and a mentor to support your professional development. Throughout the program, you will also engage in networking and educational activities that provide exposure to senior management.
What you'll do#
- Complete full-time project work from May 24 to August 13, 2027.
- Gain career-specific experience in an industrial setting.
- Participate in company networking and educational events.
- Engage with senior leadership to learn about career opportunities and company culture.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week.
- Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and initiative.
- Leadership potential and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- A genuine interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Prior internship, work experience, or extracurricular involvement is preferred.
- Note: US sponsorship is not available for this position.
