About the role#
This internship provides hands-on, career-specific experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. You will work on real world projects while receiving support from an assigned buddy and mentor. The program connects interns across the U.S. through technical training, career coaching, and networking events. These activities allow you to gain exposure to senior level management and learn about company operations.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- A degree concentration in Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, or a similar field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week.
- Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- A motivated, positive, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Prior internship, work experience, or extracurricular activity involvement is preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24 to August 13).
