About the role#
This internship offers full-time experience in automotive manufacturing during the summer of 2027. You will work on real-world projects while receiving technical training and career coaching. The program connects you with a mentor and a buddy to support your development. You will also participate in networking and educational events that provide exposure to senior management.

- Complete hands-on projects in areas such as manufacturing, automation, controls, or maintenance engineering.
- Gain practical, career-specific experience in a professional setting.
- Engage with the team to learn about company operations and culture.
- Participate in coaching and development activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week.
- Strong initiative, analytical skills, and leadership ability.
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- A clear interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Prior work experience, internships, or extracurricular activities are preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24 to August 13).
