About the role#
The Yanfeng College Internship Program offers full-time, hands-on experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. You will work on real-world projects from May 24 to August 13, 2027. The program assigns you a buddy and a mentor to support your professional development throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects within manufacturing, process, or quality engineering.
- Participate in technical training sessions and career coaching.
- Engage in networking and educational activities.
- Gain exposure to senior level management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or a similar field).
- A minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Ability to work full time at 40 hours per week.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- High level of initiative and a clear interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Prior work experience, internships, or extracurricular activities are preferred.
