About the role#
This internship at Yanfeng offers hands-on experience through full-time work on real-world projects. You will participate in technical training and career coaching to build your professional skills. Throughout the summer, you will have access to networking events and educational activities that provide exposure to senior management. You will be paired with a dedicated buddy and mentor to support your development and help you navigate the company.
What you'll do#
- Work on active projects within the Advanced Quality department.
- Participate in technical training sessions.
- Engage in networking and educational activities with other interns.
- Collaborate with your assigned mentor to meet your developmental goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a STEM degree, such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
- A positive attitude and strong initiative.
- Prior internship, work experience, or extracurricular involvement is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Note: US sponsorship is not available for this position.
