About the role#
XTL Transport Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team. This position offers practical experience in HR operations within the transportation and logistics industry. You will support our daily administrative needs and gain exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and health and safety compliance.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruitment tasks, such as posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help onboard new hires, including both drivers and office staff.
- Maintain and update employee files.
- Handle data entry, report generation, and tracking of HR metrics.
- Support health and safety initiatives, including training coordination and compliance documentation.
- Answer basic employee questions and direct them to the right team members.
- Contribute to HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous HR experience or an interest in the transportation and safety-sensitive sectors are considered assets.

- Location: 2350 Henry Ford Drive, Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Type: Full-time internship.
